Please note that your shipping and billing information is required to match in order for us to successfully process your order.
For security purposes, in the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund to you within 24 hrs. If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact info@shoplbla.com as we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate you.

 

PROCESSING TIME

We are currently under a 3-5 business day processing time. This does not include weekends and/or major holidays.

It is recommended to ask for the current processing time before you place your order if it is a time sensitive order. 

Processing times can be extended to 5-7 business days due to the influx of orders. We appreciate your patience.

USPS Standard Shipping at $9.99; 5-7 business days

USPS 2-Day Priority Shipping at $19.99; *2-business days 

USPS Overnight Shipping at $29.99; *1-business day

*If USPS 2-Day Priority or USPS Overnight Shipping option is selected, orders must be placed before 2pm PST in order to be processed and shipped out in a timely manner. Our goal is to prioritize your order and fulfill your request as soon as it appears in our queue. Please note, if these options are selected and you do not meet the cut-off time, your order will be processed the following business day. Again, we do not process orders on weekends and/or major holidays.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

LB.LA is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier (USPS). We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that are not covered with Package Protection.

USPS will occasionally mark a package as delivered and will then deliver it 24 hours from that time. Please check with your neighbors as it is possible it could have gone in the wrong mailbox or check with anyone in your household as they might have received it on your behalf. We recommend waiting 24 hours before you proceed with action.  

Packages Marked As Delivered with no Package Protection

LB.LA is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as 'Delivered' by the carrier. We do not issue credits, refunds, or reshipments for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. No exceptions.

Packages Marked As Delivered with Package Protection 

We know it feels horrible to expect a package and not receive it. This is why we offer Package Protection for a small fee at checkout to offer a potential resolution for our customers during these circumstances. Package Protection provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen.
