We understand that every item you purchase may not make the cut for whatever reason. If that is your case, you can simply send it back to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.  Please note that we do not accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, accessories, bodysuits, swimsuits, and any sale items. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued in the form of a e-gift card and sent to the email address associated with your order within 5-7 business days. Please note all offered store credit expires 60 days from the date of issuance. Items purchased with store credit will then become FINAL SALE, unless a mistake is made on our behalf.

 

On your Packing Slip included in your original order, please write the Reason Code for your return in the space provided next to the item. 

Reason Codes:

1) Did Not Fit

2) Did Not Like

3) Incorrect Item Sent

4) Item Damaged

5) Other

Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee of 25% may be applied, if applicable, to help cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned merchandise.

Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the online store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

All Cancelled Orders will incur a 15% transaction fee. You must contact within the first hour of the order being placed.
