Bring your email confirmation with order number, along with a government-issued photo ID such as:
- Driver's License
- Passport
- Military ID
Once the store has received and has processed the order, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up! Normally within 1 business day.
For your protection, only the recipient listed on the package is authorized to pick up the order. You will need to provide a valid photo ID along with your order number at the time of pickup.
We will hold your order for 5 business days once we’ve sent you a pick-up confirmation e-mail and will then send you a final pick-up e-mail. If the order has not been picked up after 5 business days, your order will be cancelled and store credit will be given for current selling price.
